Programul expozitional din primavara cuprinde targurile de panificatie sau HoReCa din Germania si inca alte 7 tari, Franta, Anglia, Spania, Italia, Elvetia si Austria. Datorita produselor noi ce vor fi lansate in acest an si prezentate in targuri, vizitatorii vor avea parte de o experienta fantastica. Sistemul de fidelizare bonVito, prezentat deja in toamna 2010 la Stuttgart si Salzburg, va fi un subiect interesant de discutie cu reprezentati nostri.
Sezonul incepe in Franta la Lyon, 22 – 26 Ianuarie, cu targul SIRHA ce se organizeaza din doi in doi ani. Este un targ dedicat ramurii HoReCa, cu peste 2000 de expozanti din toata lumea. In 2009 au fost peste 140.000 de vizitatori.
Urmeaza NORTHERN RESTAURANT & BAR , in Manchester, Anglia in 1 si 2 Mai. Targ ce va sarbatori a 10-a editie.
Din 18 pana in 23 Martie, in Hamburg va fi a 85-a editie a INTERNORGA. Unul din cele mai importante targuri ce curpride peste 1000 expozanti din urmatoarele industrii Hotel Restaurant Catering Brutarie si Patiserie.
Incheierea sezonului de primavara la fi la Wiesbaden cu targul DEUTSCHE BACKKONGRES in 25 si 26 Mai.
