Club Black Box
Incepand din 2010 Timisoara este pregatita sa organizeze competitii internationale de bowling si biliard odata cu deschiderea celui mai mare club de profil din vestul tarii. La BlackBox distractia este completata de o masa de snooker, aparate de dart, jocuri arcade, proiectoare de ultima generatie si multe altele.
Standardul inalt de calitate asumat prin deschiderea acestui club a determinat managementul sa asigure si o servire ireprosabila stiind ca numai satisfactia clientilor poate garanta succesul afacerii. Aceasta este o mare provocare la orele de varf, cand este nevoie de o servire extrem de rapida, constituind principalul motiv pentru implementarea sistemului profesional Point of Sale de la Vectron. Viteza de servire creste datorita legaturii directe dintre client si barman realizata prin sistemul “Service Call” combinat cu preluarea comenzilor prin PDA-uri MobilePro. Clientul apasa pe buton, ospatarul este instiintat si trebuie sa reactioneze intr-un timp limitat, preluand comanda si o transmitand-o direct prin WiFi catre bar. Este aproape ca si cum clientul s-ar afla langa barman.
